Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By completing a purchase, creating an account, joining our waitlist, or accessing any KillTax product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

2. Eligibility

To purchase or use KillTax products, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age;
• Be a legal resident of the United States;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

KillTax products are offered only to U.S. residents. We do not sell to customers outside the United States. If you are not a U.S. resident, please do not attempt to purchase our products.

3. The product

When you purchase The Audit-Proof STR Host, you receive:

• A digital PDF copy of the playbook;
• Access to the web-based version of the playbook at killtax.com/read;
• Access to the accompanying Google Sheets templates (Denial Log and Activity Log), provided as view-only links that you copy to your own Google Drive.

Delivery of these items occurs automatically via email immediately following successful payment.

4. License grant

Subject to these Terms, KillTax grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

• Access and read The Audit-Proof STR Host;
• Make reasonable personal copies (e.g., download the PDF to multiple personal devices);
• Share the product within a single household with your spouse, domestic partner, or immediate family members who share your primary residence;
• Copy and use the provided templates for your own short-term rental activity.

The license is perpetual unless terminated for breach of these Terms.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or publicly post The Audit-Proof STR Host, in whole or in part;
• Share your copy outside of your household;
• Upload, post, or distribute the content to any file-sharing service, torrent site, public forum, or third-party platform;
• Use the content to train, fine-tune, or otherwise inform any artificial intelligence or machine learning model;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, trademark, or author attribution;
• Use the content for any commercial purpose beyond applying the strategies to your own short-term rental business (for example, you may not use the content to create competing materials, coaching services, or educational products);
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical protections on the web reader or PDF.

6. Pricing and payment

The Audit-Proof STR Host is offered at sixty-seven U.S. dollars ($67) at the time these Terms were last updated. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. You authorize the charge at the time of purchase. Prices may change from time to time; previously purchased products are not affected by subsequent price changes.

7. Refund policy

We offer a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee on all purchases of The Audit-Proof STR Host, no questions asked.

To request a refund:

1. Email [email protected] within thirty (30) days of your purchase date;
2. Include the email address used at checkout;
3. A refund will be issued to the original payment method within seven (7) business days of confirmation.

After refund, your license to access and use the product is immediately terminated, and you must permanently delete all copies of the playbook and templates in your possession.

8. Educational content — no professional advice

Your individual tax exposure, potential savings, and the suitability of any strategy discussed in the playbook depend on your specific financial circumstances, property classification, entity structure, and the tax laws in effect at the time. Always consult a licensed tax professional, attorney, or financial adviser before making any tax election, entity change, filing decision, or financial decision based on the material.

9. Results disclaimer

Case studies, savings figures, and dollar amounts discussed in the playbook are composites of real tax scenarios and are presented for educational and illustrative purposes. Actual results vary materially based on individual circumstances including income level, filing status, state of residence, property type, rental usage pattern, and applicable tax law.

Figures such as "save $50,000+ per year" or "save $13,000+ per year" represent the ceiling of potential savings for hosts in specific income brackets and property configurations. Most hosts will realize a portion of these amounts based on their individual circumstances. KillTax makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the tax savings, audit outcomes, or financial results you will achieve.

10. Intellectual property

All content in The Audit-Proof STR Host, including the text, graphics, illustrations, templates, visual design, and brand elements, is the exclusive property of Dustr App LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "KillTax," "The Audit-Proof STR Host," and associated marks are trademarks of Dustr App LLC.

You do not acquire any ownership rights in the content by purchasing or using the product. All rights not expressly granted in Section 4 are reserved.

11. Limitation of liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL KILLTAX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, TAX LIABILITY, PENALTIES, INTEREST, AUDIT OUTCOMES, OR BUSINESS LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF KILLTAX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. KILLTAX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT ANY PARTICULAR TAX STRATEGY WILL SUCCEED IN YOUR CASE, OR THAT THE WEB READER WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dustr App LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Product; (c) your implementation of any tax strategy or filing decision based on the Product; or (d) your violation of any third-party right or applicable law.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Product shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Class action waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute with KillTax shall be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against KillTax.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the web reader and revoke your license if you materially breach these Terms, including by engaging in any prohibited use under Section 5. Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside the thirty (30) day refund period.

Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 18 survive termination of these Terms.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page and, for material changes, notify existing customers via email. Continued use of the Product after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. General provisions

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KillTax and supersede all prior agreements and understandings regarding the Product.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any successor entity, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
